About the class

If you are a beginner, wanting to refresh your knowledge or just deepen your practice in the company of other like minded people then this is the ideal event. During the class you will be introduced to what mindfulness is, some of its benefits and how to bring the attitudes and practices of mindfulness into your daily life. You will be taught mindfulness meditation techniques and have the opportunity to engage in question and answer sessions about mindfulness with the facilitators. The day allows for detailed explanations and give time for practising meditation.
